How to Order the Personalized Forex Card?
Both existing and new customers can submit requests for personalized cards:
1. For Existing Card Holders:
Existing customers can easily upgrade their Forex card to a Personalized card. Ensure that your card has a zero balance prior to applying. To submit your request, Click Here and fill in your details.
Upon receiving your request, we will process your card personalization request, which may take 5-7 working days to complete and reach your registered address. Once you receive the card, make sure to add it to the BookMyForex app.
2. For New Users/ Non-Existing Card Holders:
To order a brand-new personalized card, please Click Here and register your request

Terms and Conditions:
1. Existing cardholders must raise a request from the registered email ID
2. The cardholder is required to be present at the registered address to receive the card. For new cardholders, our representative will visit your registered address for the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. If KYC is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the cardholder, the personalized card will not be activated, and the service charge paid will be forfeited
3. Personalized cards will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the request date. All deliveries of the personalized card will be done by a third-party service provider. BookMyForex will not be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and losses to the customer as a result of this
4. The card will be delivered with zero balance. Upon receipt of your personalized card, you need to follow the steps mentioned below:
For existing cardholders:
Add the card as a "Replacement card" in the BookMyForex app to further manage the card via the app
Reload requests can be placed as "New Travel" via the BookMyForex app
For new cardholders:
Once the successful KYC is done at the cardholder’s place, the new card will be activated. Once the card is activated, the customer can link the card on the BookMyForex app
After linking the card on the app, reload requests can be placed as "New Travel"
5. The personalized card is free of cost, but there will be a one-time service charge of INR 199
