General Terms & Conditions

• This offer is available only to resident Indian individuals holding a valid PAN and KYC-compliant identity documents, who satisfy all eligibility requirements prescribed by BookMyForex and/or its RBI-authorized banking partner. All transactions are subject to applicable regulatory requirements, verification, and approval.
• This offer is valid for eligible transfers booked and completed up to 30th September 2026, unless extended, modified, or withdrawn earlier by BookMyForex at its sole discretion.
• This offer applies only to outward remittances booked for genuine education related purposes: university tuition fees, GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate, Canada), student accommodation deposits, monthly living expenses, exam fees (IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT or equivalent), visa application fees, overseas health insurance premiums, and university enrollment/registration fees, or any other education purpose BookMyForex may permit, booked under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) or other applicable RBI permitted route. It does not apply to non education remittances, business or gift remittances, or to reloads, amendments, or part transfers of orders already completed before the promo code was applied.
• The promo code REMITSPL must be applied by the customer at the time of booking and before the remittance is processed for payment. Cashback will not be granted retroactively for transfers booked without the code.
• A minimum transfer value of ₹3,00,000 is required to qualify for any cashback. "Transfer value" means the value of the eligible remittance as accepted by BookMyForex, excluding any cancelled, reversed, refunded, failed, disputed, or fraudulent transaction. Cashback is computed on the value of the actual completed remittance, not on any provisional or quoted amount, in accordance with the slabs published on this page.
• Cashback shall be credited directly by BookMyForex, only after the remittance is verified and marked "Completed" in BookMyForex's systems, ordinarily within 30 days of such completion, to the bank account or payment instrument registered against the customer's KYC.
• Cashback under this offer is available only once per eligible customer (linked to registered account, KYC, and/or PAN) during the offer period, regardless of the number of eligible transfers made, unless BookMyForex expressly states otherwise. It is non transferable, non assignable, cannot be redeemed for any value other than the credited amount, and cannot be clubbed with any other BookMyForex offer, promo code, or cashback campaign unless expressly stated.
• If the underlying remittance is cancelled, reversed, refunded, charged back, or found ineligible at any time, including after cashback has been credited, BookMyForex reserves the right to withhold, deny, claw back, or recover the cashback amount.
• The "Lowest Rate, Guaranteed" benefit is governed by BookMyForex's rate match policy, requiring the customer to furnish a verifiable, live, comparable quote from another RBI authorized remitter for an identical amount, currency pair, and transfer date, prior to booking, subject to BookMyForex's verification and sole discretion. Any refund under this benefit is processed separately from, and is not part of, the REMITSPL cashback.
• "Same day transfer" refers to BookMyForex's endeavour to remit funds to the designated beneficiary (university, GIC provider, or other account) on the same business day, subject to timely KYC and document submission within BookMyForex's prescribed cut off times, timely realization of funds, and standard processing timelines of BookMyForex's banking partner and the beneficiary bank. BookMyForex is not liable for delays arising from these factors, bank holidays, or events beyond its reasonable control.
• All remittances are processed by BookMyForex in accordance with FEMA, the Liberalised Remittance Scheme, and applicable RBI guidelines, through its RBI authorized banking partner(s). Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of KYC, admission/offer letters, GIC certificates, fee invoices, and other required documentation, and for compliance with applicable LRS limits and statutory filing requirements.
• BookMyForex reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold, deny, cancel, or recover any cashback where fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, misrepresentation, or breach of these terms is suspected. This offer may be modified, suspended, extended, or withdrawn at BookMyForex's discretion, at any time, without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Any tax or statutory deduction applicable to the cashback, if any, shall be borne by the customer. No request for extension, revalidation, cash substitution, or compensation shall be entertained for cashback that lapses due to incorrect bank/KYC details, customer delay, or non compliance with these terms.
• BookMyForex's maximum aggregate liability arising out of this offer shall not exceed the value of the cashback actually due to the eligible customer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookMyForex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of admission deadline or enrollment, arising from delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• This offer and these terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
• These terms apply in addition to BookMyForex's User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and standard remittance terms. For queries, write to care@bookmyforex.com.
