What is BookMyForex’s Lowest Exchange Rate Guarantee Offer?

The Lowest Exchange Rate Guarantee is valid on all new forex card, currency notes, and international money transfer orders. If, after placing a new forex order, you find a lower price on the website/app of an authorized money changer where the total payable to BookMyForex is found higher than the payable to other forex website/app, you may submit a claim by following the prescribed procedure. If BookMyForex validates and approves the claim, you will be entitled to receive 2X the price difference in the form of cashback.

The cashback amount will be twice the difference between the final booking price of the Forex Product purchased from BookMyForex and the final price listed on the website of another authorized money changer, as indicated in the submitted claim.


Which Orders Are Applicable for the Lowest Exchange Rate Guarantee Offer?

  • This offer is applicable for new forex orders - forex card purchase, foreign currency notes purchase and international money transfers only.
  • Cashback will be given only against valid claims and the order is completed by the customer on BookMyForex website/app.
  • Order total for outward remittance will be compared excluding NOSTRO charges
  • If, after placing a new Forex Product order, the Customer finds a lower price on another website/app of an authorised money changer where total payable to BookMyForex found higher than the payable to other forex website/app, BookMyForex will provide the customer with 2X cashback i.ei double the price difference.
  • The offer is valid only for the same product, currency and amount for the same city or location.
  • The offer applies to the customer’s payment for the forex product order, adjusted for any applicable cashback, except Crazy Cashback Sale cashback.
  • Price comparisons are restricted to other online forex websites/ apps of the authorised money changer only; offline quotes shall not be considered.
  • Price comparisons are limited to the following currencies only: US Dollar, Euro, Thai Baht, UAE Dinar, Pound Sterling, Singapore Dollar, Japanese Yen, Australian Dollar and Canadian Dollar.

  • After purchasing the Forex Product, if you find a lower price for the same product on the website or app of any other authorized money changer, the Customer may raise a claim request via sending an email to bestrateguarantee@bookmyforex.com
  • The email should be sent by the Customer with the subject line: “Lowest Exchange Rate Guarantee Claim: Forex Order “FX……”.
  • In the email, the Customer must include the order confirmation email received for placing the Forex Product order, along with screenshots showing the same Forex transaction at a lower price for the same address/ location/ city, product type, currency, and amount. The screenshots should have a clear timestamp and be taken within a 1-hour range of placing the order.
  • The Customer may include multiple screenshots, but they must display the city where the order was placed, the final payable price, the product, currency, and amount at the product level.
  • It is essential for the customer to raise the claim within 24 hours of placing their forex order.

  • Upon receipt of the claim, BookMyForex will issue an acknowledgment regarding the fulfillment of the claim within 72 working hours.
  • BookMyForex will verify the details and authenticity of the claim. Our customer care team may contact you if additional information, documentation, or clarification is needed regarding the claim. You authorize BookMyForex to reach out to you through any means of communication for this purpose.
  • Once all required information is provided by the customer, cashback will be provided to the customer within ten (10) working days of the delivery of the Forex Product or activation of the Forex Product or receiving TT copy in case of Money Transfer against approved claims (as may be applicable).
  • BookMyForex, at its reasonable discretion, shall have the right to either approve or reject the claim submitted by the Customer, with or without providing reasons for the rejection.

  • Offer valid till September 25, 2025
  • The Offer is only applicable on the BookMyForex website (www.bookmyforex.com) and Mobile App (Android and/ or iOS).
  • The Offer can be availed only once per Customer during the offer period.
  • The maximum cashback per claim is limited to ₹5000.
  • BookMyForex will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the Customer or the claim is not eligible under the Offer, at BookMyForex’s reasonable discretion.
  • If the Customer cancels the order of the Forex Product, the Customer shall not be eligible to receive the benefit under the Offer and the terms of cancellation as provided on the BookMyForex platform shall be applicable.
  • BookMyForex reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this guarantee by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • BookMyForex shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary herein, BookMyForex’s aggregate liability under this Offer shall be limited to the amount of the cashback provided to the respective Customer as per the terms of the Offer. However, this limitation of liability does not exclude or limit BookMyForex's liability for direct and foreseeable losses caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • BookMyForex may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions/offer at any time for any reason at their discretion.
  • In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer by the Customer or travel agent, BookMyForex reserves the right to deny the Offer or cancel the booking.
  • By participating in this Offer, the Customer gives BookMyForex permission to use the customer’s name, image, and any other details or information available on the customer’s social media profiles, in any manner, to promote the Offer or BookMyForex brand name or services.
  • Travel agents are barred from receiving any benefit under these Terms and Conditions.
  • BookMyForex shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to any force majeure events or reasons beyond the reasonable control of BookMyForex.
  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Gurugram only.
  • All other terms and conditions as listed in the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy available on the BookMyForex platform will be applicable to this Offer. The User Agreement and Privacy Policy are available on the BookMyForex website (www.bookmyforex.com).
  • Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer and BookMyForex reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings.

  • The offer is an optional offer conceptualized and hosted by Book My Forex Private Limited for all the eligible users.
  • This is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules thereunder (as applicable). This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
  • The following terms and conditions shall be applicable to all the users participating in the offer known as “Lowest Exchange Rate Guarantee” (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) during the Offer Period as described herein.
  • Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Offer. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions in its entirety (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”). If any user does not agree to any of the Terms and Conditions, such user is advised not to participate in the Offer.
  • BookMyForex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without issuing any notice whatsoever.
  • If BookMyForex modifies these Terms and Conditions, the latest revised version of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective and binding on the users from the time of its posting on the website of the BookMyForex platform.
  • The users are therefore advised to check the website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions and in the event the modified or amended Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to the users, the users should discontinue participating in the Offer. The user’s continued participation in the Offer will constitute the user’s acceptance of the latest revised Terms and Conditions.
  • BMF, an online platform known as bookmyforex.com which offers forex service to their customers through empanelled Authorized Dealers, shall be responsible for the successful completion of the Sale and purchase of the forex card or currency (“Forex Product”) by the Customer, provided that the Customer has adhered to Terms of Use of the Website. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Customer shall not be claiming from BMF in the event of an unsuccessful Transaction.
  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” or “Customer” shall mean any person who being an eligible user has participated in the Offer.
  • Further, by participating in this Offer:
  • The Customer warrants the accuracy, truthfulness and correctness of all information that may have been submitted by the Customer while participating in the Offer; or
  • The Customer agrees that he or she is participating in this Offer as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between the Customer and BookMyForex and the Customer is acting voluntarily, using its own time and resources to participate in the Offer, solely at the Customer’s own risk; and
  • The Customer warrants that prior to participating in the Offer, it shall be deemed that the Customer has read, understood and has agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein.
  • BookMyForex reserves the right, at any time, to unconditionally disqualify any Customer who tampers with or who in any way abuses the process or Terms and Conditions of the Offer.
  • Failure of BookMyForex to enforce any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions in any instance of the Offer shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the Terms and Conditions and shall not give rise to any claim by any person or Customer.
  • The Customers understand that BookMyForex may disqualify, suspend, block or terminate the participation of any Customers at any stages of the Offer where it is found that (i) participation of the Customer is not bona fide; (ii) the Customer has breached these Terms and Conditions. The decision of BookMyForex shall at all times be binding and final.
