• For the MakeMyTrip Airport Transfer benefit specifically, the voucher/coupon code shall ordinarily be shared within 1 to 2 business days after the eligible order is marked as “Completed”, subject to successful processing and partner support. Timelines are indicative and may vary.
• The MakeMyTrip Airport Transfer coupon is valid only on eligible airport transfer bookings (pickup and/or drop), including intracity and intercity airport transfer categories, as may be enabled on the MakeMyTrip platform from time to time. It shall not be valid for outstation cabs, hourly rentals, railway transfers, non-airport rides, or any excluded category specified by MakeMyTrip.

• BookMyForex shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, expense, claim, inconvenience, service deficiency, personal injury, delay, denial of boarding, failed reservation, technical glitch, payment failure, app or website malfunction, or other issue arising out of or in connection with the use of, inability to use, or redemption of any third-party voucher, coupon, promo code, or service.
• BookMyForex reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and to withhold, deny, cancel, claw back, invalidate, or recover any benefit granted under this offer in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, gaming, misrepresentation, duplicate account creation, breach of applicable terms, or where the underlying qualifying transaction is cancelled, reversed, refunded, or found to be ineligible.

• For any issues relating to the Forex Card itself, including card issuance, loading, usage, bank processing, card network acceptance, or card-related claims, the customer may be required to approach the relevant issuing bank or regulated entity, as applicable. BookMyForex shall not be responsible for claims falling within the scope of the issuing bank’s or card network’s obligations.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer, to the extent relating to BookMyForex’s role in making the offer available or issuing the promotional benefit, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
• All other applicable terms, including the BookMyForex User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Forex Card terms, and any partner platform terms governing redemption and booking, shall continue to apply. In the event of any inconsistency, BookMyForex may determine the applicable interpretation to the extent permitted under law.
• BookMyForex shall not be liable for any failure or delay in making the offer or any associated benefit available where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, natural calamities, governmental restrictions, regulatory action, cyber incidents, technical outages, payment failures, telecommunications issues, or partner-side disruptions.
