Seamlessly Place Reload or Unload Request via BookMyForex Mobile App
For Reloading:
Log in to the BookMyForex app/website and select the "Reload card" option
Select the card type as "Nium card" or "Single currency forex card" and complete the reload order after making your payment online
Email the card number and reload amount to partners@niumforex.com from your registered email address
Your reload will be processed within 1 working day after your payment and all required documents have been received
For Unloading:
Log in to the BookMyForex app/website and select your card type as "Nium"
Enter your card number and complete the order after providing all other required information including the account number in which you want to receive the refund
Funds will be credited back to the bank account that you specify within 4-5 working days

Please Note! Single currency card can not be linked to the BookMyForex mobile app, for tracking transaction and for other card reload operations, customers will still need to log-in to the their website
