How to Manage Your Forex Card Online

Step 1: Go to https://cards.bookmyforex.com/login# & click on Mobile Number or the Customer ID (Passport Number) to generate Login PIN.

Step 2: If you opt to login via Customer ID and click on Set or Reset Password, OTP will be sent to you and then you will be able to reset the password. The process will be the same if you are trying to login via Mobile Number.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to see multiple options like change PIN, fetch the card’s balance and forex card statement.

Step 1: Open URL: www.axisbank.com (use Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge)

Step 2: Click on "login"

Step 3: Click on "Cards" & then click on "Multi-Currency Forex Card" & press Login

Step 4: Enter card number as user ID. Enter password (provided with kit in i-connect leaflet). In case if you don't remember the password, you can click on the 'Forgot Password' option to generate the new password.

Step 5: Change all the passwords when logging in for the first time due to security reasons.
