Terms & Conditions:

• Your entry into the survey constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions
• The "Survey" is organized by BookMyForex, India's leading online marketplace for Foreign Currency Exchange, and is made available only to participants selected at the discretion of BookMyForex
• No Fee will be asked by BookMyForex or its employees from the customers for entering the survey
• Data received from the customers participating in the survey will be used for the internal analysis of BookMyForex, for which the customer gives consent while entering into the survey
• BookMyForex holds complete rights to disqualify any entry/(ies) of the participants in the survey, with or without informing the participants
• Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary, and it is understood that the participation by the person shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
• This survey is only valid for a limited time. All entries must be received within this time period
• The cashback offer of ₹250 will be applicable only to the first 500 participants who successfully complete the survey
• BookMyForex will send the promo code for cashback to the participants on their registered email IDs
• The cashback can be availed only once for any individual using the promo code, i.e. on your next Forex purchase
• Forex orders including card reload with an order amount of ₹25,000 or more are eligible for the cashback
• The promo code will be valid until September 2025
• BookMyForex will not be responsible for the misuse/expiry/validity of the promo code once given to the participants
• Any participant can enter the survey only once during the survey period
• The last date for participating in the survey is 5^th May, 2025. Responses beyond this date won’t be eligible for any cashback
• Neither BookMyForex nor its affiliates will be held liable for late, incomplete, or invalid entries
• The promo code to avail cashback is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available
• In the event that the promo code is unavailable for any reason, the company reserves the right to substitute it for another prize of equal, lesser, or greater value
• BookMyForex reserves the right to disqualify/exclude any participant from the Survey if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out to avail the cashback
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Delhi
