Inside Sales Consultant

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description

  • Engage with customers through email and calls, who need Forex products. Details of those prospective customers would be provided. One just has to connect & take it ahead.
  • Understanding the requirement & acting like a consultant to the customers offering them best recommended services and solutions.
  • Assist customers seeking foreign exchange/remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with our Vendors/Branches or partnering banks.
  • Customer Relationship Management. Our customers who transact once with BookMyForex just delighted by our services. And if you are with us, your role is to ensure that they are delighted and are happy with the Products provided to them.

Desired Skills

  • A graduate preferably with 1-4 years of experience in sales (financial/ e-commerce domains will be preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated

Assistant Manager/Mgr - Search Engine Optimization (SEO/SEM)

Position Objective

  • Designing and executing the strategy for SEO while working in close cooperation with Development Team, Social Media and Adwords Manager

This would typically entail

  • On-page Optimization, Site Structure Analysis, Competition Analysis, Keyword Research- Keyword Finalization, Keyword Density Analysis and Placement. Existing Web Content Optimization, HTML Validation- Creation of XML Site map, Keyword Difficulty
  • Content Development Check, Brief Keyword Competition Review- Tags, Anchor Text
  • Off-page Optimization- Directory Submission, Article submission, Press Release Submission, Link building, Social Media Optimization
  • To assist SEM team in optimizing keywords portfolio through testing with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywording,etc.- Track, report, and analyze PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics etc.)-Proven experience with HTML/CSS, basic server functions, advanced website techniques (AJAX, Flash, HTML 5), website technologies such as platforms and CMSes
  • SEO Copywriting and Copy-editing & Experience with bid management tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 4-5 years as SEO Manager or similar role
