Customer Support Executive

Job Description

  • Engage with customers through email and calls, who need Forex products. Details of those prospective customers would be provided. One just has to connect & take it ahead.
  • Understanding the requirement & acting like a consultant to the customers offering them best recommended services and solutions.
  • Assist customers seeking foreign exchange/remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with our Vendors/Branches or partnering banks.
  • Customer Relationship Management. Our customers who transact once with BookMyForex just delighted by our services. And if you are with us, your role is to ensure that they are delighted and are happy with the Products provided to them.

Desired Skills

  • A graduate preferably with 1-4 years of experience in customer support (financial/ e-commerce domains will be preferred)

Social Media & Content Manager

Position Objective

  • As Manager of Social Media & Content in BookMyForex, you will manage our overall social media presence and create several eloquent writing pieces that would become the voice of the company. You will work with multiple departments including SEO, marketing, sales, PR, engineering and directly with the founders to craft artistic content and potentially-viral ideas that can be effectively disseminated via several channels. Your role will, therefore, require cross functional knowledge of all aspects of the company. Apart from being a linguistic artisan and a social bee, you will also need to be a quick learner in order to create content that is factually correct and communicated effectively

This would typically entail

  • Deeply integrate with every major department in the organization and get an excellent handle of our marketing campaigns, product features, USPs, sales pitches etc. Sit in on meetings with every department
  • Craft beautifully written documents that succinctly and effectively communicate the content that needs to be communicated. Specifically
  • Manage ROI and business impact of all of your efforts
  • Effectively represent BookMyForex on multiple forums. Introduce and describe our offerings, USPs
  • Revamp BookMyForex's blog and perform blogger outreach to get your blogs posted on other prominent websites
  • Reach out to influencers and partner with them to create engaging content that can be consumed by a much larger audience
  • Perform extensive research to create high quality SEO-friendly long form content that is supplemented with video, infographics, memes, slideshares etc. that helps drive organic traffic to our website
  • Actively participate on several important forums and websites such as quora, tripadvisor, skyscanner etc. to drive high quality SEO friendly links back to our site

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 4-8 years as Content Marketer & Social Media or similar role
  • Bachelors degree or higher in journalism/ arts/ or other english intensive major
  • Amazing handle on written english. Prior experience of authoring high quality content for newspaper columns, content sites, blogs or any other kind of publication
  • Excellent understanding of SEO. Past experience of driving significant traffic through content would be a strong plus
  • Excellent exposure of managing social media presence of large/ semi-large brands
