Definitions

• "Customer(s)" shall mean a customer of BookMyForex, who buys a forex card during the offer period
• The offer is valid only on buying a Forex Travel card online on www.bookmyforex.com. Forex cards can be purchased only for travel related purposes, as per RBI guidelines
• "Cash back" means bank transfer to customer's bank account post completion of order
• "Discount" means instant discount offered to customer prior to order completion
• "Card" shall mean a Prepaid Forex Card or a Single Currency/Multi-Currency Prepaid Forex Card, which has been sold through BookMyForex.com to the Customer(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period.
• "Offer" shall mean the marketing promotion as specified by the offer structure defined below
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from 26 July 2019 to and ending on 30 September 2019 (both days inclusive). All times will be in IST (Indian standard time)
• Offer shall be valid and subsisting during the Offer Period, unless otherwise notified.

The Offer structure is defined as follows:

• This offer is valid only after a customer purchases a new Forex Card. Encashment/ unloading/ reloading of forex cards will not make a customer eligible for this offer
• Customer(s) buying a Forex Card during the offer period, will be eligible for a cash back on a subsequent remittance/ money transfer order as per the slab specified in the annexure. The slab will be used to determine the cash back provided to the user against the first new forex card sale order completed by the customer during the offer period
• Customer(s) buying a Forex Card during the offer period, will be eligible for an instant discount of 25% on all SIM plans that have the word "Student" mentioned in the plan name. BookMyForex reserves the right to change SIM plans/ pricing at any time
• Customer(s) buying a Forex Card during the offer period, will be eligible for a 10% discount on a regular (non student) SIM plan
• Customer(s) buying a Forex Card during the offer period, will be eligible for Oyo, Avis and Ixigo discount codes and will also be eligible for Flipkart voucher giveaways. Flipkart voucher amount can vary as per BookMyForex's discretion
• A customer is eligible for Cash back on money transfer order and Discount on Sim only once during the offer period irrespective of the number of orders he/ she creates or completes
• For cash-back, eligible transaction will be the first one during campaign period & fulfilling above conditions mentioned in T&C. For Example, if a Customer orders for load of a forex card for ₹2,00,000, (s)he will be eligible for ₹300 cashback. If the same customer buys another card, he or she will not be eligible for cashback again under any circumstances during the offer period
• No other cashback/discount offers can be clubbed with this offer
• Cash back amount shall be sent to the qualifying Customers within 60 days of the end of the Offer Period. An Email will be sent to the customers eligible for cash back asking for their account details. Cash backs will be processed only if bank account details of the customer are provided within 30 days of the Email sending date

Other Terms & Conditions

• If a Customer ceases to be a Customer, at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Customer.
• In case a Customer cancels any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for cash back or discount, customer will no longer be eligible for cash back or discount
• This Offer is brought to you by BookMyForex.com, India's first and the largest online marketplace for Foreign Currency Exchange and is made available only to Customers selected at the discretion of BookMyForex.
• BookMyForex will not be held liable in case of any delay in the processing of cash back
• BookMyForex shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/services availed of by the Customer/s under the Offer.
• BookMyForex reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Customer from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card or any Forex Transaction.
• No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Gift shall in no event constitute a claim against BookMyForex.
• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Customer/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Delhi.
• All communication/notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to: BookMyForex Pvt. Ltd. Unit 662 - 664, JMD Megapolis Sohna Road, Sector - 48 Gurgaon 122018, Haryana, India.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of BookMyForex shall be final and binding in all respects.
• The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.
• BookMyForex reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. BookMyForex also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.
