• If the payment towards the booking is made through Credit Card/ Debit Cards, the customer shall approach the bank for any claims related thereof and BookMyForex shall not entertain any such claims. 
• BookMyForex shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event. 
• BookMyForex shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
