Definitions

• "Customer(s)" shall mean a customer of BookMyForex, who buys or reloads a forex card during the offer period
• The offer is valid on buying or reloading a Forex Travel card online and using the promo code BIGFOREXSALE. Forex cards can be purchased only for travel related purposes, as per RBI guidelines
• "Card" shall mean a Prepaid Forex Card or a Single Currency/Multi-Currency Prepaid Forex Card, which has been sold through BookMyForex.com to the Customer(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period.
• "Offer" shall mean the marketing promotion as specified by the offer structure defined below
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from 19 December 2018 to and ending on 15 February 2019 (both days inclusive)
• "Winner" shall be decided by BookMyForex through a lucky draw amongst the customers who bought or reloaded a Forex Card during the "Offer Period". The drawing will be streamed live BookMyForex Social Media Pages

Contest / Offer

• The Offer is valid for the customers buying or Reloading a Forex Card for an amount over ₹50,000 from BookMyForex. Offer shall be valid and subsisting during the Offer Period, unless otherwise notified.
• The Offer structure is defined as follows:
• This offer is valid only for a new Forex card sale or reload of an existing forex card & not on other products. Encashment or unloading of forex cards will not make a customer eligible for this offer
• Customer(s) buying or reloading Forex Card, will be eligible for a cash back as per the slab specified in the annexure. To qualify for the Macbook Air or Honor 8 phones prize, order total must be equal or greater than ₹50,000
• A customer is eligible for Cashback Only Once during the offer period irrespective of the number of orders/ reloads
• For cash-back, eligible transaction will be the first one during campaign period & fulfilling above conditions mentioned in T&C. For Example, if a Customer orders for load/reload of a forex card for ₹2,00,000, (s)he will be eligible for ₹300 cashback. If the same customer again reloads the card, he or she will not be eligible for cashback again under any circumstances during the offer period
• A customer can win an Honor 8 Smartphone and will still be eligible for winning the mega prize - Macbook Air, 2017 version (model #MQD32HN/A)
• Any customer winning both Honor 8 smartphone and the Macbook Air will receive only the mega prize which is Macbook Air
• No other cashback/discount offers can be clubbed with this offer
• Anyone who Buys or Reloads a Forex Card from BookMyForex, irrespective of the order size, will be eligible to win a Honor 8 and Macbook Air under this offer.
• The Mega Prize will be the Macbook Air.
• The winners of the Gifts shall be intimated through an email on their registered email address. The winners list shall also be displayed on BookMyForex.com website.
• The winners shall be announced within 15 days of the end of the Offer Period.
• Gifts and cash back amount shall be sent to the qualifying Customers within 60 days of the end of the Offer Period.
• Cash back amounts will be shared within 30 days of your order completion. To redeem your cash back amount, send a mail to cashbackclaims@bookmyforex.com
• BookMyForex.com shall, with the help of the authorized vendor, attempt to have the Gift delivered at the registered mailing address of the winner. If the Gift is undelivered, BookMyForex shall, at its sole discretion, attempt to have the Gift delivered two more times. If the Gift is still undelivered, BookMyForex shall hold the Gift till next 30 days, within which period, the Customer should contact BookMyForex.com to avail the Gift. After the termination of this period, BookMyForex.com shall be under no obligation to entertain any requests or claims for the Gift item. For the Gift to be delivered to the eligible and winning Customer, the Customer understands and permits BookMyForex to share the Customer(s)'s details like name, address, phone number etc. with the authorised vendor for delivery of the Gift item.
• Zero margin rates are not available on the following currencies: THB, HKD, ZAR, JPY, DKK, SEK, CNY, NOK, MYR, OMR, KRW
• Any cancellations or foreclosures on the facility, before the dispatch of the Gift will amount to cancellation of the Gift Offer to the Customer.
• Gift Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• No substitutions or exchange of Gift, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Customer shall be allowed. However, BookMyForex reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Gift or any of them on account of non-availability of Gift, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Customer.
• All visuals of the Gift in the communication sent to the Customer are indicative only.

Other Terms and Conditions

• If a Customer ceases to be a Customer, at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Customer.
• In case a Customer cancels any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the Gift, then the Customer shall no more be eligible for the Gift.
• This Offer is brought to you by BookMyForex.com, India's first and the largest online marketplace for Foreign Currency Exchange and is made available only to Customers selected at the discretion of BookMyForex.
• BookMyForex shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Gift.
• In the event any alternative Gift is offered, selection of the same shall be at the sole discretion of BookMyForex.
• BookMyForex does not guarantee and make any representation about the quality, usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Gift, and shall not be responsible if the same, in any way, is found to be defective.
• BookMyForex shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/services availed of by the Customer/s under the Offer.
• BookMyForex reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Customer from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card or any Forex Transaction.
• No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Gift shall in no event constitute a claim against BookMyForex.
• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Customer/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Delhi.
• All communication/notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to: BookMyForex Pvt. Ltd. Unit 662 - 664, JMD Megapolis Sohna Road, Sector - 48 Gurgaon 122018, Haryana, India.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of BookMyForex shall be final and binding in all respects.
• The Offer is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.
• BookMyForex reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. BookMyForex also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.
