I have been using bookmyforex for over 5 years now and I generally find their service to be smooth and hassle-free. I have always received both cash and forex card on the same day and has been activated on the same day as well. The process online is quite easy and quicker than trying to call them to place the order. The required documents, etc and the process is quite neatly explained. Unloading the card takes slightly longer than loading, but is assured. The delivery agent has generally been helpful in doing all the paperwork and activating the card. I like the fact that bookmyforex offers 3 free ATM withdrawals, which you won’t get for most bank forex cards. Of late, with growing business their customer support has gotten a bit more difficult to get through. Unless you are in a massive hurry, you can register for a call back and they will solve your query. I hope the service quality doesn’t decline with time, as it is quite helpful and offers value for travellers. Overall, I still think this is the best bet for getting your forex before you travel.
