Request Account Deletion

Please read our account deletion policy carefully before requesting for account deletion

Upon your request, it may take up to 180 business days for us to completely remove all user account data
In accordance with RBI guidelines, we will retain a user's forex transaction history for the past 10 years. This retention applies to all other data, including but not limited to user profile details and KYC documents
Users will be unable to log in to their BookMyForex app or website account and conduct any further transactions using the same account on BookMyForex. However, they have the option to create a new account with the same email and phone number in order to resume using BookMyForex's services
Users are not permitted to submit a request for account deletion if they have an active card or any outstanding order(s). Users must either block the card and/or wait for their active orders to be completed before initiating an account deletion request
After the account has been deleted, neither BookMyForex nor its support team will be able to provide any assistance regarding the user's previous orders or transactions

Once a user has submitted a request for account deletions, they are deemed to have accepted the aforementioned policy
